Injuries during Israeli raids in West Bank, one critical

Three Palestinians were injured this morning during an Israeli army raid of Deheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem, one was said to be critical, and three others were injured in another army raid of the town of Kufr Nimeh, west of Ramallah, according to various sources.

In Deheisheh, residents confronted the occupation soldiers when they raided the refugee camp, located south of Bethlehem, to detain activists.

The soldiers opened fire at the residents injuring three with live bullets, one was hit in the chest and said to be critical, while the other two were injured in the leg and were rushed to hospital for treatment.

During the raid, the soldiers detained eight camp residents after raiding their family homes, said the sources.

In the Ramallah-area town, soldiers raided Kufr Nimeh to arrest residents and during the raid confrontation broke out.

The soldiers opened fire at the residents injuring three people.
