Israeli forces detain 18 Palestinians in East Jerusalem and West Bank raids – PPS

The Israeli forces detained today 18 Palestinians in raids throughout occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS).

It said forces detained three Palestinians from Isawiyyeh and Silwan neighborhoods in East Jerusalem and two more from the Jerusalem-area Beit Anan village located outside the Israeli-demarcated city s.

In the West Bank, the Israeli army detained three people in Ramallah, including a female university student and two men who spent several years in Israeli prisons for their resistance of the occupation.

Soldiers also detained five Palestinians in Jenin, in the north of the West Bank, most are former prisoners, one in Qalqilya and four more in the Hebron district in the south of the West Bank, including two brothers.
