Israeli troops detain seven Palestinians in West Bank, Jerusalem

At least seven Palestinians were detained by the Israeli occupation forces last night and today in occupied Jerusalem and in the West Bank districts of Bethlehem and Jenin, according to local sources.

In Jerusalem, Israeli police detained two brothers after raiding and searching their home in the neighborhood of Wadi al-Jouz. The two brothers were identified as Mohammad and Yousef Salti.

Israeli army and security forces also detained two Palestinians after raiding their homes in the nearby town of Abu Dis.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces detained three Palestinians during a raid on Aida refugee camp, in Bethlehem, and the nearby village of Harmala.

At least one detention was also reported in Jenin district, north of the occupied West Bank.
