Palestinians suffocate during Israeli military raid into Ramallah-area village

Dozens of Palestinians, including students and an infant, suffocated today by tear gas fired by Israeli forces during an Israeli military raid into the Ramallah-area village of Deir Nitham, said local sources.

Sources told WAFA Israeli forces raided the village while firing tear gas canisters towards residents and a school in the village Centre, forcing the school to evacuate students for their safety.

Dozens, including students, were treated at the scene from tear gas suffocation. The 5-months-old infant was taken to hospital for medical treatment.
