Israeli police summon Jerusalem governor for interrogation

Israeli police summoned today evening Jerusalem Governor Adnan Ghaith to appear before the Israeli intelligence for interrogation.

A source in the governor’s office said Israeli police summoned Ghaith to appear before interrogators at al-Maskobiyyeh Detention and Interrogation Center.

Israeli authorities last week handed the governor an order banning him from entering the West Bank for a period of Six months, which is the third ban since he assumed his duties as governor of Jerusalem.
