Dozens suffocate during Israeli military raid into city of Hebron

Dozens of Palestinians Wednesday suffocated from tear gas fired at them by Israeli army during a military raid into the city of Hebron, in the southern West Bank, said security sources.

Sources told WAFA Israeli army stormed al-Manara Square; centre of the city of Hebron, and proceeded to fire tear gas canisters toward the Palestinian residents, causing dozens to suffocate, including WAFA’s camera man.

Three Palestinians were detained by the army during the military raid.
