Israeli forces detain 15 Palestinians in West Bank

Israeli forces Tuesday detained at least 15 Palestinians during raids across the occupied West Bank districts, according to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).

Israeli army reportedly arrested five Palestinians from Tubas area, four others from Hebron, two from Jenin, three from Nablus, and one from Ramallah district.

In the meantime, PPS said Israeli authorities issued orders of administrative detention, without charge or trial, to about 50 Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails including a woman and a university instructor.

It said whereas 16 prisoners received administrative detention orders for the first time, the remaining 34 others had their administrative detention renewed.
