Jordanian King, Palestinian president discuss over phone peace efforts

Jordanian King Abdullah II on Wednesday discussed with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas over phone efforts to push the peace process forward within the continued coordination between the two sides.
The King and Abbas also reviewed efforts to relaunch peace talks between the Palestinians and Israelis based on the two-state solution, especially in the light of the visit of a US administration delegation to the region, headed by Jared Kushner, senior adviser to the US president, Petra reported.
